We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Level 3 Nursery Nurse to join our vibrant nursery within a school setting in Letchworth. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early years education and a commitment to providing high-quality care and learning experiences for children.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for children, in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.

- Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate activities to promote children's learning and development.

- Observe, assess, and record each child's progress, sharing outcomes with parents and colleagues.

- Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and other staff members.

- Ensure the health and safety of children at all times.

- Support children with different abilities and backgrounds, ensuring an inclusive approach.

- Work in partnership with parents and carers to support children's learning and development at home.

- Participate in staff meetings, training, and development opportunities.


- A Level 3 qualification in Childcare and Education or equivalent.

- Experience working in an early years setting.

- Sound knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding practices.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- A compassionate and patient approach to caring for young children.

- The ability to work collaboratively within a team.

- A commitment to continuous professional development.

- Enhanced DBS check.
