Based in North Hertfordshire, Hitchin and will also require travel to customer sites as needed. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong customer relationships. Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts. Address client inquiries and concerns promptly. Account Growth and Retention: Identify opportunities for account growth. Achieve sales targets. Upsell and cross-sell solutions. Customer Success: Conduct regular client check-ins. Provide training and resources. Monitor usage and recommend improvements. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present account reports. Experience: 3-5 years in account management/ sales Proven, demonstratable track record in sales. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities.
