We are recruiting a Business Analyst for a 6-month FTC in the Collection and Recoveries department of our banking client in Hertfordshire. This role supports process mapping, procedure writing, and ad hoc tasks for the improvement plan.

Duties include:

  • Assisting the Head of Operations & Collections in developing process maps and procedures.
  • Leading or participating in workshops to document business processes.
  • Mapping existing workflows to understand current processes.
  • Documenting all steps, variations, and interdependencies of processes.
  • Identifying inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
  • Reviewing departmental communication with Marketing and Compliance.
  • Supporting administrative tasks for compliance and audit reviews.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

  • Business Analyst experience, preferably in financial services.
  • Experience in documenting business requirements, running workshops, and designing process maps.
  • Proficiency with Visio.
  • Methodical planning and strong organisational skills.

Office presence in Letchworth 2 days per week, remote for the remaining days.
