Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that adhere to the national curriculum and cater to a diverse range of learning needs and abilities.
  • Assess, monitor, and report on the progress of students, providing constructive feedback to support their academic and personal development.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that encourages students to achieve their full potential.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents/carers, and the wider school community to enhance the educational experience and outcomes for students.
  • Participate in and contribute to staff meetings, training sessions, and school events as required.

Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification recognized in the UK.
  • Proven experience of teaching in a UK primary school setting.
  • Recent Safeguarding and Prevent training completed within the last year.
  • Legal right to work in the UK, alongside an enhanced DBS certificate registered with the online update service or the willingness to undertake a new DBS check.
  • Two professional child-related references from the past two years.
