Overview:

The ideal candidate will be passionate about teaching all Science subjects at GCSE level and committed to fostering a stimulating and supportive learning environment for all students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and informative lessons across all Science disciplines at GCSE level.
- Assess, track, and report on student progress, adapting teaching methods to meet individual student needs.
- Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and a love for science.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to develop innovative science programs and activities.
- Participate in professional development, staff meetings, and parent-teacher conferences.
Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
- Demonstrated experience teaching Science at GCSE level in a UK school.
- Current Safeguarding and Prevent training completed within the last year.
- Right to Work in the UK, plus an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or willingness to initiate a new application.
- Two professional child-related references from the past two years.
