Chief Technology Officer (CTO) - Hertfordshire - up to 150,000 + Benefits - Ref 1735

I am currently recruiting for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to work for a leading organisation based in Hertfordshire. Salary up to 150,000 + Benefits.

The organisation has been in operation for many years and are worldwide leaders within the design, development and manufacture of their highly complex products that are used across the globe. They have several sites throughout the UK and employ close to 100 people, with more people based at their production facilities overseas.

In line with demand for their products and in order to support the business with their growth plans and product initiatives they have the need to appoint a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) on a permanent basis.

In this role as a Chief Technology Officer (CTO), you will be responsible for defining the technical strategy and then executing it for a range of sophisticated electro-mechanical products ensuring they're delivered to market meeting of exceeding expectations. You will oversee all technical aspects and be the technical authority.

Ideal Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) or similar
  • Previous experience with electro-mechanical products
