We are a growing hybrid recruitment agency based in Bishops Stortford looking for experienced Recruiters in (temps, perms or dual desk) within the automotive, driving, industrial, accountancy & finance, commercial, catering and hospitality sectors. Recruitment Consultant role in summary:

• The duties will involve the full 360 recruitment consultant role including; business development, client account management, candidate attraction and booking management.
• Although the role is 360 we do offer additional help with resourcing candidates in busier times to help you keep things running smoothly
• We've invested in our systems to streamline processes and efficiencies
• Offering a base salary between 26,000 to 35,000 (Negotiable DOE)
• Monthly & quarterly bonuses offering up to 30% of billings

• The office is located in the Town centre with parking
