Proactive are currently recruiting for multiple skilled Machine Operators/Production Operatives in Letchworth to start work immediately.

Position: Machine Operator/Production Operative

Rate 12.00 - 14.00ph (Rotation Shift) & 15.00 - 16.00ph (Night Shift)

Hours Rotation shift: 6am-2pm & 2pm-10pm or Night shift 10pm - 6am

Location: Letchworth

This is an exciting opportunity working for a market leader in the printing service providing a range of commercial printers.

The ideal candidate will have experience working within a similar position and be able to demonstrate previous machine operation/production operation knowledge.

Duties to include:

• Assembling parts and components on a production line using a range of tools
• Prepping of materials for production
• Operating of workshop machinery and equipment
• Work efficiently within a set time frame

Desired experience:

• Previous experience working within production/manufacturing
• Methodical approach and the ability to investigate problems in a logical manner
• Production line experience
• Good hand-eye coordination
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong work ethic with a positive, resourceful can-do attitude
• Good team player
