We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join the team as a Trainee Machine Operative.Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain die cutting machines under the supervision of experienced staff.
• Assist in setting up machines for production runs.
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines.
• Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
• Follow health and safety guidelines and procedures.
• Keep accurate records of production and machine performance.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.

Requirements:
