Greenacre are pleased to be supporting a Housing Association who are seeking a Housing Officer on an interim basis.

What will you do in the role?

• Managing tenant expectations about repairs and escalating any property maintenance issues affecting tenant welfare via appropriate channels.
• General advice on all aspects of tenancy to enable sustainability.
• Adopting a pro-active approach towards estate management, ensuring regular tenancy and estate audits and inspections are undertaken to monitor performance of grounds maintenance, communal cleaning other estate services.

Who would excel in this role?

• Strong experience as a Housing Officer.
• Good understanding of internal working culture and policy and procedures.
• Proven history and experience with front line customer service
