Letchworth Morris Dancers group celebrates 100 years: They're recruiting - and they want you!

There group were founded in 1922 and are looking for new male and female dancers and musicians to 'join the side'.

No experience is necessary, all they're looking for is enthusiasm and a desire to have fun.

The group meets for a couple of hours every Thursday evening between September and May to practice their range of dances.

Prior to the pandemic they danced at summer fairs, village fetes, pubs, wassails - and anywhere 'that will have them'.

The group said: "We guarantee a warm welcome to all who come along, and we'll show you what it's all about without any pressure to join."
