Witness appeal following assault in Letchworth

Police in North Herts are appealing for the public's help after an assault occurred in Letchworth last week. 

The incident occurred between 1am and 145am on Sunday, April 14 somewhere between Norton Way North and Station Road.

Detective Constable Kimberley Slessor of North Herts Local Crime Unit said: "I am appealing to anyone who was in the area during the early hours of the morning on Sunday and may have a recollection of what happened. 

"Additionally, I want to appeal to anyone with doorbell footage or CCTV to check to see if it has captured anything that may help with our enquiries."
