Hello from David's!

It's officially March, which means springtime is on the way! Although we can't quite believe that the year is passing so quickly, we're got loads to look forward to.

The bookshop has some exciting author events on the way – check out their website or socials for more details.

We've also been loving having the café up and running again, and along with coffee, cake and sandwiches, they now offer a brilliant Sunday brunch menu! Plus, we're working hard on Record Store Day – keep your eyes peeled for the official David's Music RSD poster, coming sometime in the next few weeks.

We've also got some excellent new releases due out this week, including a few long-awaited reissues.

'It's A Shame About Ray' by Lemonheads is a cornerstone of alternative rock, a cult favourite album lovingly remastered for fans old and new. NME describe it simply as 'perfect' – what else is there to say?

Also reissued this Friday is 2002's self-titled debut by The Coral, which unbelievably, is twenty years old! Universally acclaimed upon its original release, we're being treated to even more psychedelia-tinged tracks this time around, with never-before-heard-songs listed alongside throwback favourites like 'Goodbye' and 'Dreaming Of You.'

All of our new releases are listed on our website as well as available instore – take a look online or come by to say hi!
