Thieves have stolen a bag from a van in Letchworth that contained a bank card.

The theft occurred between 415pm to 445pm on Friday, October 14 when a blue denim bag was stolen from a van on Spring Road.

Fraudsters then actioned two transactions prior to the card being blocked.

It is understood £200 was also taken.

Herts police confirmed enquiries are ongoing.
