A man charged with a series of indecent exposures that took place in Letchworth and other places in North Herts has been sent to prison.
Lucian Agape (36) has been sentenced to 20 months for each offence to run concurrently and is now the subject of a Sexual Harm Prevention Order which will remain in place for 10 years.
Agape from Shallcross Crescent, in Hatfield, was arrested on Friday, July 9.
He was subsequently charged with four offences of indecent exposure and was remanded in to custody before appearing at St Albans Magistrates Court where he was found guilty of all four charges.
The offences took place between Monday, July 5 and Wednesday, July 7 and all involved teenage girls.
The Letworth offence took place outside Tesco Express on the Bedford Road in Letchworth.
Agape was sitting in his car and indecently exposed himself in front of two girls who were on the grass outside the shop.
He has also been placed on the Sex Offenders Register for 10 years.
Investigating officer Detective Sarah Hill said: "The team worked swiftly to not only apprehend Agape, but to get him through the court system.
"We worked around the clock to secure this conviction and prevent this highly predatory behaviour escalating.
"I would like to applaud the courage of the victims who came forward and supported our investigation which resulted in Agape being brought to justice.
"Agape showed no remorse for his actions and I have no doubt that had we not caught him he would have continued to offend."
