Sir Oliver Heald MP declares support for Jeremy Hunt in Conservative leadership battle

North East Hertfordshire MP Sir Oliver Heald has declared his support for Jeremy Hunt in the race to become the next Conservative leader.
The move comes after Boris Johnson resigned as PM last week following a number of scandals.
Sir Oliver, whose constituency includes Letchworth, tweeted his support of the former Health Secretary.
He said: "Proud to back Jeremy Hunt for leader: serious, experienced, with integrity and vision to win back trust.
"With his business background he has exciting plan to grow economy by slashing business tax and backing start-ups."
