Two people in their 80s hospitalised after serious collision on A507 between Stotfold and Henlow involving Vauxhall Astra and Audi A4
Appeal following serious collision on A507
Bedfordshire Police is appealing for witnesses after a serious collision occurred on the A507 between Stotfold and Henlow shortly after 3pm on Wednesday, May 31.
Officers were called to the scene after receiving reports of a collision between three vehicles, a Vauxhall Astra, an Audi A4 and a Vauxhall Meriva.
The driver and passenger of the Vauxhall Astra both in their 80s were taken to Addenbrooke's hospital where they remain in a serious condition.
The driver and passengers of the Audi A4 were also transported to a local hospital for treatment.
PC Boris Kahn, from Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire Serious Collision Investigation Unit, said: "This was a very serious incident, and our thoughts are with those involved.
"We are appealing for anyone that was travelling along the A507 between Stotfold and Henlow around the time of the incident and those who may have witnessed the incident to come forward.
"We are particularly interested in hearing from anyone who has dashcam footage that may support our investigation into this collision".
