Weston Fireworks are huge success as nearly 2,000 people attend brilliant Bonfire Night display

The beautiful village of Weston, near Letchworth, hosted nearly 2,000 people this weekend for its Bonfire Night celebrations.
Fireworks and a bonfire kept revellers entertained on Saturday evening, along with beers that were flowing freely at the village's iconic pub and restaurant, The Cricketers in Weston.
The family friendly atmosphere was helped by kids' games to keep youngsters entertained, as well as music from musician Melvin.
The Cricketers' reflected on the popular event, saying: "Wow, what a night....close to 2,000 people in attendance.
"One big bonfire, some great fireworks, an amazing performance from Melvin, kids games...and plenty of beer flowing.
"Thank you to everyone who came and a massive shoutout to all the staff and volunteers - bring on next year."
