The incident occurred outside Morrisons on Broadway, between 650pm and 720pm on Tuesday, December 27.

It was reported that an altercation occurred between a group of people which resulted in a man being pushed and struck to the face, causing no injury. A woman was also pushed but no injuries were reported.  

PC Joe Massey, who is investigating, said: "We are doing everything we can to trace all the individuals involved, some of whom are believed to be known to each other.

"I am appealing for any witnesses who may have seen the altercation take place or the events leading up to it, to please come forward."
