The popular record store in Letchworth town centre is looking forward to a big event later this year.

Hello from David's!

This week saw the announcement of the 2022 Official Record Store Day release list.

Now celebrating its 15th year, Record Store Day (RSD) is always a fun day and a definite highlight in our calendar.

It's a great excuse to celebrate the culture that surrounds independent record shops globally, as well as our customers and the fantastic titles that are released exclusively for the day.

This year RSD takes place on Saturday, April 23 and we're very happy to announce that we'll be taking part again – as if we'd miss it.

In line with the RSD rules, we are unable to pre-order or reserve any of the releases for you, but it does really help us to know what you have on your wish list to inform our orders closer to the time.

Releases will all be sold on a first come, first served basis on the day.

So, take a look at the list and see if there's anything you fancy and let us know, either e-mail or DM, or if you're in the shop, pick up a form.

We reckon there's something on there for everyone, from Taylor Swift (we'll stock as many as we can, promise!) to Bowie and everything in between.

Classics, demos, live stuff, soundtracks, compilations and more!

The 2022 RSD list can be found here https://recordstoreday.co.uk/rsd-list/
