Where is the event located?

• The event will take place in the field next to the car park.
• Head towards the usual farm entrance; our staff will be on hand to check your tickets and guide you to the event entrance.

What should I wear?

• Dress appropriately for outdoor weather, as the event is held in an open field.
• While we do have a small sheltered area, it is not heated.

Are pumpkins included in my ticket?

• Pumpkins are sold separately based on size and are not included in the ticket price.

Are dogs allowed at this event?

• Unfortunately, dogs are not permitted at the event or on the farm.

Do my event tickets include farm access?

• Event tickets do not include farm access. However, attendees will receive a 50% discount on farm entry for the same day. Use the discount code sent to you to book your tickets online in advance, or show your Pumpkin Patch tickets to our front desk staff upon arrival.
• Children under 2 years old can attend the event for free and do not require a ticket.

Can I get a refund for my tickets?

• Tickets are non-refundable. However, we can transfer them to a different date, subject to availability and prior notice.
