House Prices in Letchworth
The average house price in Letchworth is more than £50,000 above the national average.
That is according to property website Rightmove, who estimate the average sale price for homes as of January 2022 in the UK is £341,019.
Properties in Letchworth Garden City had an overall average price of £398,221 over the last year.
The majority of sales in Letchworth Garden City during the last year were terraced properties, selling for an average price of £325,865. Flats sold for an average of £215,016, with semi-detached properties fetching £511,615.
Overall, sold prices in Letchworth Garden City over the last year were 1% down on the previous year and 3% up on the 2017 peak of £386,483.
