Looking for a unique and energising experience that will leave you feeling rejuvenated? 

Look no further than our upcoming Breath & Beats session, which combines the powerful trio of breath, movement, and music, all set against the breathtaking backdrop of the Crossover Blendery Taproom at Lannock Manor Farm on Hitchin Road,

Led by Harriette of InExhale Breathwork, this one-of-a-kind workshop will take you on a journey through a range of breathing techniques, from balanced practices to compassionate breathwork and the ever-popular energetic breath. You'll be amazed by the transformative power of your own breath as you explore its full potential to enhance your physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

After the workshop, you'll have the opportunity to indulge in a delicious 1/3 of one of Crossover Blendery's incredible beers, giving you the chance to relax and unwind while enjoying the stunning surroundings.

Over 18s only

1/3 beer or non alcoholic drink included

We will be moving from lying down to standing throughout the workshop. Some yoga mats will be provided but are limited. If you have one, please bring your own.
