Emil Dale Academy opened its doors last month to start its new term and biggest adventure yet in Letchworth Garden City.

Emil Dale Academy runs part time course for ages three to 21 and full-time course for ages 16+, offering Further and Higher education qualifications in collaboration with the University of Bedfordshire.

The academy has relocated from Hitchin and taken over The Grammar School on Broadway in Letchworth Garden City.

On Monday, 23 September, the academy's fresher students enjoyed a free freshers event at Broadway Cinema & Theatre.

They had the place to themselves while the cinema staff arranged plenty of fun events for them to enjoy—from a movie-themed quiz to a selection of fantastic films playing on each screen.

Emil Dale, founder of the Academy said: "2024 has been a whirlwind, but we're so excited that we're now ready to open our doors. 

"I can't wait to welcome everyone from Letchworth to come and have a look around – I'm so proud of what we have achieved and can't wait to be a part of your wonderful community.
