POLICE are appealing for the public's help to trace a man who is wanted.
Matthew Baness, 42, of Stanley Street in Luton, is wanted in connection with harassment.
Baness has links to Letchworth Garden City.
If you have seen Baness or have information on his whereabouts, you are asked to report it online at herts.police.uk/report, speak to an operator in the Hertfordshire Police Communications Room via online web chat at herts.police.uk/contact or call the non-emergency number 101, quoting crime reference 41/77001/24.
