Letchworth: All Saints' Church in Willian issue invitation to attend Thanksgiving and Remembrance Day services
Willian Church have sent an open invitation for people to attend their Remembrance Day service.
All Saints' Church in the village of Willian has issued a public invitation for as many people as possible to come along.
The church, which dates back to Norman times said: "The Service of Thanksgiving and Remembrance is held on the Sunday closest to All Souls Day and is a time to remember those we have lost and lost and light a candle, if desired, in their memory."
This Sunday will see a service of Thanksgiving and Remembrance at 3pm while Remembrance Sunday on November 14 will start at 1045am which will include the act of Remembrance at 11am.
The beautiful church is also open for morning prayer every Monday from 930am.
