The popular family-friendly festive town centre event is always an exciting fixture in the Letchworth social calendar - and this year's extravaganza will be no different. 

Last year's fun-filled event featured Christmas craft stalls as well as mouth-watering food and top quality drink stalls, not to mention live music and a Christmas Parade - as well as the chance to meet Santa Claus.

However, don't forget about town centre road closures and adhering to vehicle restrictions.

The brilliant team at Love Letchworth are currently reminding residents, businesses and those planning to visit the family friendly town centre jamboree next weekend of restrictions put in place for your safety and convenience.

Love Letchworth said: "Road closure signs are up for the Christmas Lights Switch On on Saturday, November 25.

"Please remember all vehicles must be removed from the parking bays on Eastcheap and Leys Avenue by 5am on Saturday, November 25."

The eagerly-awaited event will be on Saturday, November 25, with the parade from 415pm and the switch-on scheduled for 5pm.
