With Halloween fast approaching why not put Friday, October 28 in your diary - as it's the brilliant David's Halloween Quiz.

David's says: "We're putting on a Halloween party in the shape of a pub quiz. In typical David's fashion, expect a lot of questions about books. And ghosts.

"The quiz is fancy dress, therefore please come wearing a suitably terrifying cosume. Once again – in keeping with the bookshop theme – we ask you to incorporate a literary theme into your outfit."

Tickets are £3 per head, with a maximum team size of five.

Once you have assembled your quiz team and bought tickets, email your team's name and number of people to [email protected].

There will be prizes for the winning team and the best outfit.
