Amanda wanted to reach out to as many members of the local community to share this incredible offer.

She talked about how difficult it can feel to lose weight at this time of year and how at her groups she is supporting all her members and providing tools within the group sessions to ensure that everyone feels they can have an incredible festive season and still lose or protect their weight losses.

In the last month (October 2023) across Amanda's five different groups her incredible members have lost over 40 stone, the weight of a small grand piano, with the average new member losing 4 lbs in their first week.
