The talented daughter of a well-known Letchworth music legend has been celebrating after reaching No1 in the charts this week.

The brilliant Tanisha Rose has reached the top of the iTunes Soul R&B chart with her single, Jezebel.

Musical talent runs in the family as Tanisha's dad is none other than Stephen Vincent, who went to Highfield School in Letchworth.

The hugely respected UK dance music producer, songwriter, singer, programmer is also known as Stevie V - who was behind the December 1989 release and subsequent global smash 'Dirty Cash (Money Talks)'.

Humble Tanisha added: "Thank you to my father, the best producer and superstar in his own right Steve Vincent."

Delighted Tanisha also paid tribute to her fans and her team for reaching such a renowned music milestone.

"We did it!" modest Tanisha said, "Together, we did it!

"Thank you to each and every one of you for downloading, purchasing, sharing, liking the song Jezebel - thank you."

The hit tune is off Tanisha's acclaimed new album Super Supreme.

The accomplished Tanisha explained: "Hopefully it has you dancing in your car or kitchen," adding "This will be my first time being on all major platforms like Spotify and ITunes. can you believe it.
