A popular splash park in Letchworth is preparing to reopen for the summer.

Letchworth's Howard Park is gearing up to open on Saturday, April 29 and will remain open between 10am to 6pm, until September 15.

Sarah Kingsley, place service director, said: "We're excited to be coming into the splashpad season, we know they are popular throughout the district.

"They'll be open the weekend of the May bank holiday in time for the King's Coronation bank holiday, all the way through to mid-September."

Splash parks in Baldock's Avenue Park and Royston's Priory Memorial Gardens will also open.
